Explore what we offer.
One 2 One.
Good men are born from good mentors, providing guidance, support, and valuable lessons. Positive mentorship can foster resilience, enhance mental well-being, and encourage personal growth, helping them develop essential skills for adulthood. The right support can significantly impact their overall mental health and future success.
Peer 2 Peer.
Small group support creates a safe environment where we can share experiences and learn from one another. This collaborative setting can foster camaraderie, reduce feelings of isolation, and enhance personal growth through collective insight. By engaging in small groups, young men develop social skills and build confidence while addressing their mental health and well-being together.
Lost Track Adventures.
A transformative program for young men navigating mental health disorders and or disabilities, encouraging them to reconnect with nature. Through outdoor activities and shared experiences, participants can build resilience, forge new friendships, and gain a renewed sense of purpose. This immersive journey not only promotes mental well-being but also empowers young men to navigate their challenges with confidence.
Who
we are.
“We” is actually just me, for now…Hello! I’m Ryan, an independent mental health and disability support worker based on the Sunshine Coast. My passion is helping men, both young and old, navigate life's challenges, and I’ve made it my purpose to provide support where it’s needed most.
I’ve been working in the disability sector for nearly three years and hold a Certificate III in Community and Disability Support. Currently, I am pursuing a Certificate IV in Mental Health Support to further expand my knowledge in the field.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of areas—everything from helping clients build routine and access community services, to providing more intensive support such as supported independent living, medication administration, and emergency hospital support. I’ve seen and experienced much, both expected and unexpected, and each experience has reinforced my belief that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
What drives me is my ability to genuinely connect with people. I take great pride in understanding each individual’s unique needs, and I believe this helps bring peace and comfort to both the participants I support and their families.
